SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed usually ship out within 1-3 business days, and normally will arrive 1-3 business days after being shipped. If there is a complication with shipping, or if you would like to purchase expedited shipping/processing, please message us on the homepage or on our Facebook page at Reel Tuff Graphix.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your wraps are carefully inspected before being packaged for shipment to ensure that your order is correct, and that your wrap is the highest quality possible. However, if there is any issue in your wrap when you receive them, please message us BEFORE attempting to install them. Any defected wraps that are already installed are not eligible for a refund, as it has already been used.
If you have any questions regarding your wraps, please message us (with pictures, if needed) in order for us to best help you through the issue. Refunds will NOT be given for improperly installed wraps. If you are unexperienced in working with vinyl, it is highly recommended to have an experienced professional assist you in installing your wraps to ensure proper installation and long-lasting life.
